By using chelepanto.com (the "Site"), run by Francesco Lepanto ("Chelepanto," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The posts, photos, videos, and other content shown on the Site belong to Francesco Lepanto unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to view, share, and link to it — please don't republish, resell, or pass it off as your own without asking first.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the Site to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its admin systems, or its data
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation (scraping at abusive volume, attempting to disrupt donations processing, etc.)
• Use the Site for anything unlawful

The Site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted — though we try.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chelepanto isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
